An Esslingen edition of the world’s most famous board game will be launched in time for Easter 2026

Esslingen am Neckar is a city rich in history, culture, and character, and it will soon be celebrated in a specially adapted edition of Monopoly.

In close collaboration with Esslinger Stadtmarketing & Tourismus, Alpine Editions has developed an exclusive, fully customised edition of Monopoly dedicated entirely to the city of Esslingen. The game design is now complete, and production is underway.

Monopoly Esslingen will go on sale in time for Easter 2026.

The classic Monopoly gameplay remains unchanged, but streets, stations, and cards have been completely redesigned to reflect real places, landmarks, and everyday life in Esslingen.
